Dr. Tara McCafferty graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006.  She participated in Rural Area Veterinary Services, was on the Dean’s List and completed a Veterinary Business Management Association certificate program.  She has been practicing general small animal medicine in the Philadelphia area ever since. 

Her interests include internal medicine, geriatrics, pain management, dermatology and behavior.  She resides in Philadelphia and enjoys spending time with her family and cats, as well as cooking, hiking and traveling.
